If you have questions, a problem or an emergency, call us first to see if we can help you over the phone. You can send us photos via email or social media to give us more detailed information. We’ll do all we can to address the problem, put your mind at ease, or help you to manage the situation until our engineer can get to you.
If the engineer is able to carry out repairs there and then, extra time and spares will need to be paid for prior to work starting. This will be discussed with you via our office team while the engineer is still in attendance.
Important: Depending on the installation, you may need to arrange for access before the engineer arrives, and for restorative works after the engineer has completed remedial work.
