Gael was my darling sister who passed away 2 yrs ago at the start of lockdown. As you can see a dedicated nurse until she had to retire with ill health (rheumatoid arthritis).
It was then that Gael took on a cafe, where she enjoyed the company of people from all walks of life, giving them a warm welcome and offering some of the best cakes ever. She loved her baking and was quite renowned for it locally, she always a smile and a freshly baked cake !
Sadly she also had a terrible Cancer that took her from us way too early. She loved her baking and was quite renowned for it locally, she always a smile and a freshly baked cake !
Well, we have gathered a selection of her own recipes and have produced this collection of 59 recipes in this Cake Book, in her memory.❤
We are selling them for £5 each and 100% of that goes to the Rheumatology Unit in Dingwall, and the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice who both helped her so much.
